    We have applications that can be tailored to you requirements.  A light application, a full question application or a three part application.  We can color coordinate our application pages to match your web site.

  • SCAN
    SCAN is a sister company to Check Systems.  Banks and credit unions use Check Systems to verify bank accounts before they are opened.  If a customer's account is closed by Bank A,  then,  when the customer tries to open a new account at Bank B, Bank B will have this information via Check Systems.  Check System runs by social security number.  SCAN is a bad check reporting agency similar to Telechek.  They are basically a collection and check guaranty agency but provide bad check reporting capabilities to the deferred deposit industry. 
  • Telechek
    Telechek works this way:  When we receive an application, we punch the customer's driver's license number into a secure telephone line processor.  If the license has bad unpaid check connected to it, the terminal will read CODE 4 which means that the customer has given a bad check to a Telechek merchant (most grocery stores, department stores, etc) and it has not been paid.  This is good information to have because it probably affects the bank account you're ACHing money into.  But the most powerful feature of Telechek and SCAN is the bad check (draft, ACH, etc.) negative date feature.  If you have a returned ACH or bad check, you can report the NSF to Telechek .  When the customer tries to present a check to the grocery store or department store, the register rings up CODE 4 and the merchant won't accept the check.  This is a great collection tool.  Even if the collection customer changes banks, Telechek uses the drivers' license number to track the NSF.
  • TeleTrack
    TeleTrack is an NSF reporting agency with a sub prime customer base.  Deferred deposit customers, rent-to-own, buy here-pay here car dealers, etc.  They also log inquiries from deferred deposit lenders so you can see if the customer has done business with one of your competitors in the last ninety days. 
  • Merchant's Check Loan Verification
    Merchant Check Loan Verification is a Utah based company that does what TeleTrack does but live.  This service is very popular with land based deferred deposit lenders and their data base goes back five years.
  • Bank Statement Analysis
    We check the bank statements for other deferred deposit lenders, number of NSF's, crosscheck the account number, social security number is available, verify direct deposits from employers, benefit and pension funds, etc., check the account name and address, and verify the net pay if possible.
  • Pay Stub and L.E.S. Analysis
    We check the pay stubs for net pay deposited and anything that might affect the net pay such as garnishments, etc., time on the job or in the service, employment verification, and social security number verification.
  • Employment Verification
    We verify employment through the bank statements and pay stubs.  We also call the customer at work.
  • Social Security Number Verification
    We use a service to verify social security numbers with names and addresses.  We catch ten applicants per week using fake socials - the fake was also on their pay stubs and bank statements.  We also catch scrambled socials daily.
  • Routing Number ACH Optimization
    Paper routing and account numbers are not always the same as electronic numbers.  We use Thompson Financials' EPICWare software to get the right routing and account numbers so the money arrives when it's suppose to.  Also, credit unions are not your friends!  They have to be just right to ACH out of the account - it's easy to get the money into the account even with mistakes, but try to get it back out.  Thompson is the official registrant for routing numbers.
  • Account Number ACH Optimization
    Another problem with ACHing is some institutions will let you ACH into the account but not out of the account (ie:  Navy Federal Credit Union)  In other words, your can credit the account but can't debit the account.  We maintain a list of these institutions.  Some banks will limit the number of out bound ACH's per month.  Thompson will tells us about these situations.
  • Faxed Document Collection
    We have two robust four line fax servers to capture faxed documents in an electronic format and to send and deal with a vast variety of new and old fax machines.  We don't lose or drop faxes. 
  • Loan Amount
    As part of our service, we find out from the customer want amount of funding they want as opposed to the amount they will take.  We verify this with the customer by telephone also.  Some lenders also use this as an indicator.
  • Initial Customer Service
    We handle all contact with your customer until the customer agrees to the loan amount and payback arrangements (also some lenders don't do extensions) either by telephone or e-mail.  We hammer the customer to fax in the loan documents and have an very extensive data base of free and paid faxing facilities.  We have seven years of experience with encouraging the customers to quickly fax their documents.  We also maintain an online bank data base so customers can get up-to-the-minute statements printed online.  When we confirm the customer has excepted your loan amount offer and payback arrangements and the customer says:  "Send me the money!", we turn the customer over to you and end our contact with the customer.  If the customer calls us again, we refer them back to you.
